Degree Plans and Dual Credit

Degree Program Plan and Checklist

A degree program plan/checklist is a document that has a list of all of the required college courses you need to take in order to receive the degree you desire. This list usually makes suggestions on which courses to take during your freshman year, sophomore year, etc. It also lists the total credits the entire degree program plan requires.

If you know what degree or career you would like to pursue, search for your degree program plan at the college/university you would like to attend. Each college/university has a plan or checklist for all degree programs. If you are having trouble finding it, ask your counselor for help.

For example, if you are wanting to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Navajo Technical University, the following courses are what you would have to take.
